Every person and team I work with—whether athletes, parents, coaches, or leaders of high-performing organisations—shares a common goal: they want clarity and direction that fuels progress and purpose. They want to know exactly where they’re headed, why it matters, and how to get there with focus and intention. That’s what strategic planning is about—clarifying your vision, designing a plan to reach it, and building the commitment that will carry you forward through every step.
I believe that creating a strategic plan is more than an exercise in mapping out goals. It’s an opportunity to dig deep, define what truly matters to you or your team, and rally everyone around a common purpose. Planning doesn’t always go as expected, and adjustments will always need to be made, but that initial clarity and unity you build during strategic planning can make all the difference as you move forward. It’s a chance to step back and see the big picture, connect with your purpose, and align your actions so that each move you make is intentional.
Where I Come In
When you’re the one leading the charge, it can be tough to stay objective. It’s even harder to step out of a facilitator role and into full engagement with your own goals. I’ve been there, and I know how much easier it is when you have someone outside your circle to guide the planning process. As an external facilitator, I help you and your team focus on the big questions, work through challenges, and come away with a clear, meaningful roadmap that drives results.

Working together, we’ll create a detailed, actionable plan that outlines what needs to happen over the next year. This includes measurable goals, priorities, and specific ways each person contributes to the journey ahead. I’m also a firm believer that a strong team foundation is key to any successful plan, so I offer optional team-building sessions to strengthen those connections throughout the process.

What to Expect
The right format for strategic planning depends on your team size, objectives, and how much change or growth you’re anticipating. Here’s a look at some of the planning elements we can include:
- Mission, Vision, and Values – Clarifying your mission, vision, and values can ground every decision you make and help you recruit others who align with your purpose. We’ll create actionable definitions of these core elements that will drive your growth.
- Three-Year Strategy – How will you bring your vision to life over the next few years? We’ll identify the core drivers of your business or goals, refine your target customers or audience, and build a brand strategy focused on what makes your path unique.
- Goals, Priorities, and Objectives – We’ll use proven goal-setting frameworks like EOS or OKRs to create a structured approach to achieving your top priorities.
- Metrics – Establishing key metrics allows you to monitor progress and make adjustments. We’ll build a scoreboard that will help you stay on course.
- Team Structure and Hiring Plan – This session focuses on how to structure your team, who you need to hire, and what roles are essential to fulfilling your goals. We’ll also evaluate team performance and determine where changes may be necessary.
- Budgeting – Financial clarity is vital to reduce stress and create a sustainable path forward. We’ll create a transparent budget that aligns with your strategic plan, so you can delegate financial tracking or take it on confidently.
- Process Optimisation – An efficient team can achieve incredible things. We’ll identify key processes and develop ways to improve how you operate, from onboarding to content creation to new hires.
- Team Building – Building trust is foundational to executing any plan. I offer trust-building exercises, including professional storytelling, uninterrupted “listening walks,” and open feedback sessions that encourage authentic connection and accountability.
- Assessments – For individuals and teams interested in a deeper understanding of their strengths, I offer integrated performance-based mindset training, mental skill profiling, biometrics, stress testing, epigenetic profiling, and a tailored toolkit of mindset tools that help the best excel under pressure. This objective insight can guide better decision-making and enhance individual performance and team synergy.
The Strategic Planning Process
- Initial Planning – Our initial session, lasting 2-5 days depending on your goals, will set the foundation for the coming year.
- Annual Planning – We’ll have a primary planning session once a year, typically 1-2.5 days.
- Check-Ins – For long-term growth, I recommend quarterly or biannual check-ins to assess progress, make adjustments, and stay on track.
Investment
Pricing is based on the program we design together:
- One day: $10,000 USD
- Two days: $18,000 USD
- Three days: $24,000 USD
For on-site sessions, additional travel and lodging costs will be included.
